Eric Crowley, P.E.

I've been passionate about designing and building since childhood, a spark ignited by Legos that grew as I assisted my father with home projects. In high school, I competed in millwork and cabinet-making—yes, that’s a real thing—which deepened my interest.

This passion guided me to Arizona State University, where I studied at the School of Architecture and later the College of Engineering.

Early in my career, I held various design and construction roles across multiple civil engineering disciplines. With extensive experience in engineering, architectural design, construction services, and project management, I bring a distinctive approach to residential projects.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Professional Building Designer, and Licensed General Contractor, my primary goal is to maximize value in every project. Too often, flawed architectural design undermines value engineering, inflating costs unnecessarily. By integrating architectural and engineering design with real-time construction cost considerations, I deliver efficient, budget-conscious buildings without compromising architectural vision.
